Restore us, O Lord God of hosts; Cause Your face to shine, and we shall be saved!
Asaph's prayer to God was for his people and not just for himself. His heart was to have all in unity in restoration, as this unity pleases God.
Restoration took place in me when I received Jesus into my heart. Every time I go into the prisons, I go to shine the light of Jesus into a very dark place. At each visit I pray that every inmate may receive Jesus so that they too will be restored and have peace in their lives no matter the circumstances they may live in.
Thank you Jesus for Restoring my life and shining your light upon me and saving me. Jesus Restore us, O Lord God of hosts; Cause Your face to shine, and we shall be saved. Yes Lord Bless our brothers, sisters, the boys and girls that are incarcerated with your peace and the hope that only you can provide for them. In Jesus name Amen.
